By using this website, you agree to the things below. They're standard. We've tried to write them in plain language. If you hire us to do a project, we sign a separate engagement agreement that governs the work itself — these terms are just for the website.

"Albamind," "we," and "us" mean Albamind LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company. "You" means the person using this website. The site is albamind.io.

You can read the site and send us inquiries through the contact form. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information.
• Use the site to send spam, malware, or anything illegal.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the site at scale.
• Submit any third party's personal information without authorization.

The text, images, code samples, and design on this site are owned by Albamind LLC (or used with permission). You can share links to it freely. You may not republish substantial portions of the content as your own without written permission. The "Albamind" wordmark and our mantis mascot are our trademarks.

Sending us a contact-form message does not create a contractual relationship. We're not your service provider until we both sign a written engagement agreement. We reserve the right to decline any project.

The site embeds or links to services we don't run — including Supabase, Vercel, and the various platforms our portfolio clients operate on. We're not responsible for those services' content, availability, or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

The site is provided "as is." We don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. We do try to keep it working, but we're a small team — please be patient if something breaks.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Albamind LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for anything related to this site is limited to $100. (Real engagements are governed by their own contracts and have their own liability terms.)

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
